Returns and Exchanges

Returning your items is hassle-free. Details of our returns and exchange policy and how to return an item can be found below.

What is your return policy?

You may return an item within 14 days from the date your order is received for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items in original and unworn condition with their original tags are eligible for return.

We have the right to deny the return of items that appear to be previously worn or damaged.

Clothing

Clothing must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition, with merchandise tags still attached and unaltered.

Custom Made Clothing

Custom-made clothing are specially constructed to fit your body measurements (made to measure), or designed according to your design specifications (custom designed). Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shoes

Shoes must be returned with all packaging, including the dust bags and box.

While trying on your shoes or deciding whether to keep them, please ensure the soles are protected by standing on a carpeted surface.

Sale Items

All sales of discounted items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Weddings

Deposits made towards wedding outfits are non-refundable. Deposits are eligible for store credit if the order has not yet been fulfilled (shipped or picked up) before the wedding date.

Self-Measurements

While we offer convenient ways to get the best fit, including providing your measurements, by providing your own measurements, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our self-measurements disclaimer.

Due to the personalized nature of made-to-measure clothing, we do not offer refunds for made-to-measure clothing that were constructed based on the measurements provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and precise measurements.

Currently shipping and handling fees are non refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Depending on what part of the continental USA you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
