RETURNs OR EXCHANGes are easy
We hope you love your outfit. But in case you don’t—perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you—we’ll send you a new size, color, or style.
Returning your items is hassle-free. You have up to 14 days to return items purchased. Full details of our returns and exchange policy and how to return an item can be found below.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return an item within 14 days from the date your order is received for a full refund, credit or exchange.
We will accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition with the merchandise tags. We have the right to deny the return of an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
CLOTHING
Clothing must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition, with the tag still attached.
Custom Made products that are specially made to fit your body measurements are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
SHOES
Shoes must be returned with all packaging including dust bag and box. While trying on your shoes or deciding whether to keep them, please ensure the soles are protected by standing on a carpeted surface.
ACCESSORIES
Please handle all accessories with care and ensure that the returns tag remains attached if you decide not to keep your items. Jewelry items should show no signs of wear, scratches, loose or missing stones or faulty clasps.
Any items returned to us that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the customer without an exchange.
We will not accept a return if requested more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
To return your product:
- Login to My Account
- Select Order History
- Select the order that contains the item you wish to return
- Click Return/Exchange in the order details to request a return
Click the RETURN MY ITEMS button below to start your return request.
Currently shipping and handling fees are non refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Depending on what part of the continental USA you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
